The NULS Community Council is a member organization composed of NULS holders who execute the Foundation Management Regulations on behalf of the NULS Foundation and NULS global community. The Council is managed by Councilors who represent the interests of the global community and promote community advancement and growth across the world.

Every NULS token holder can exercise their right to vote. Every 1 NULS is equal to 1 vote. Community members should fully understand the operating mechanism of the NULS community, Council, proposals, rules, etc. and actively participate in the decentralized governance process of NULS.
